The DCFXT wire twister is used for neatly twisting together the ends of pre-stripped stranded wires. The optional Footswitch Kit enables the DCFXT to be used as bench mounted machine.

Series Information

The DCFX Series from The Eraser Company includes a range of wire strippers and a twister.

Models DCFX1, DCFX3, and DCFX5 use centrifugal force to cleanly remove the insulation from round magnet and enamel wire. These units strip a range of wire sizes from 34 to 6 AWG (0.16 to 4.12 mmø). Models DCFX1 and DCFX3 are available in a drilled through version for infinite strip lengths. (See Technical Specifications for details on each model.)

The DCFXT uses a twisting head with three fingers to neatly twist together the ends of pre-stripped stranded wires.

The power unit allows for variable speed control, and a switch supports usage in both 115 and 220V AC.

An optional Footswitch Kit enables all models to be used as bench machines.
