Ensure the guard is closed. Power machine back on and it will automatically home itself. |

Replace with recommended fuse. Note: if fuse blows more than once, contact factory. |
| Unit not powered |
Turn power switch on in the rear of the unit. |

Make certain the incoming voltage is correct and is not being influenced by large equipment. |
| Material does not cut |
Material is jammed |
Check machine for material jam and clear. |
| Insufficient cutting force |
Reduce speed of cut to increase blade force. |

Check specification for maximum material size |
| Poor Cut |
Dull or Chipped Blades |
Replace with recommended blades. |
| Blades are not adjusted properly |
Follow blade adjustment procedure until paper will cut along all edges. |
| Insufficient cutting force |
Reduce speed of cut to increase blade force. |
| Material is outside specification range |
Check specification for maximum material size |
| Erratic Cut Lengths |
Not enough Idler roller tension |
Adjust idler roller tension with knob. |
| Feed rate not appropriate for material |
Adjust feed rate. |
| Uneven dereeler tension |
Make sure at high speeds, a power assisted dereeler is used. |
| Too much tension on dereeler/straightener |
Reduce feeding/dereeling tension. |
| Material does not fit |
Material is outside specification range |
Check specification for maximum material size |

Blades were installed/adjusted improperly |
