Subject: Update On Current Company Operations
Dear Valued Customer,
As promised, I would like to notify you of an update regarding the suspension of our company operations. On Thursday April 16, 2020 the governor of the State of New York extended the mandatory closure of those businesses classified as “non-essential” until at least May 15, 2020. This means that we will continue to suspend all of our activities until at least that date. This includes all of our core operational functions including sales, manufacturing, and all associated support operations. Further, we have applied to the state for a special exemption of this closure at the request of several of our customers that are considered “essential” and are continuing their operations. We are monitoring the status of this application and will advise you if an exemption is granted. The granting of this exemption would allow us to resume our business operations. With that said however, we recognize that that the overriding priority should continue to be the safety of both our employees and the general public at large. We, of course, want to resume normal operations as soon as possible but intend to continue to strictly adhere to government guidelines and advice regarding this crisis.
We will continue to keep you apprised of any changes in our situation and provide you with additional updates whenever they are warranted. Please continue to check this page for the latest regarding our status. I hope that all involved in your operations are remaining healthy and safe until such time that we can all return to normal.
