Subject: Change In Company Operations
Dear Valued Customer,
In response to the increasing spread of the Coronavirus within New York, the state government has ordered all non-essential businesses to close until at least April 17, 2020. For that reason, The Eraser Company, Inc. suspended operations effective March 20, 2020 and will remain closed until such time that the state order is lifted. This involves all of our core operational functions including sales, manufacturing, and all associated support operations. While there are still many unanswered questions in regards to this pandemic, we recognize the importance of keeping both our employees and the general public at large as safe as possible during this increasingly challenging time. It is our hope to resume normal operations as soon as possible but realize that we all benefit by strictly adhering to government guidelines and advice regarding this crisis.
We will of course keep you apprised of any changes in our situation and will provide you with updates whenever they are warranted. Please check this page for the latest regarding our status. We value your business and look forward to continuing our relationship after the challenges of this pandemic are behind us. Further, I hope that all involved in your operations remain safe until such time that the immediate danger of this disease has passed.
